Littesitters was first recommended to me by a friend and I immediately thought it was a great idea. I had previous experience in babysitting for a few different families so I figured it would be a good fit. From the start Claire was great to deal with. She was very professional in bringing me through the interview and training process and I could tell she really had a passion for delivering a unique and dependable service for families. I was given all the resources I needed in terms of training and tips and tricks for minding children of all different ages which made me more confident in taking on that responsibility. I personally found the service very straightforward to use and being able to manage my own online calendar and bookings just made perfect sense for me and for the families I was babysitting for. It meant that parents had a reliable service and could depend on having a babysitter for the day and time they needed and for myself it meant that I had the flexibility to book off times that weren’t suitable. Overall I had a great experience being part of the Littlesitters team and would highly recommend it to anyone with a passion and interest in childminding and any parent who would like a flexible and reliable service in which their children are in very capable hands.
I had a lovely experience working for Littlesitters. I wanted to work in childcare in the future so when Claire hired me I was delighted to have the chance to start gaining experience. The families I worked with were all lovely and I eventually had regular families I babysat for which was nice. I also enjoyed having the extra cash as I was just about to start college. I had the amazing opportunity to work in Italy as an Au-Pair for 6 weeks too. This was a great experience for me! Claire was very supportive throughout this process and was always at the end of the phone if I needed her. She would regularly check on me too especially on my first few jobs. The website was also easy to use and I could not fault Littlesitters in any way!
